Reserve : fast booking service, but the pickup service could be better discribed, choose the option but nobody was at the airport to pick us up!! Reserve : Perfect Comment : Helena Kristensson : Very nice hotel. Relaxed but still very chic och luxurious. Breakfast was great with a lot to choose from. The room was superclean. Only problem was that one of the windows was broken/ didn´t close wich led to some noice coming from the constructionarea right outside the window.

The stuff is exceptionaly nice and helpfull.
The breakfast is rich,varied and very tastey!
A live band at the lobby chanced every evening and it was good listen to them.
I recomend to all the smokers: if you can control yourself and smoke at the nice garden- do that! You don t have a patio in the room and it s not a nice smell if you smoke inside. I stayed at this room but somke only at the outside garden so better for you to take non smoking room if you can. Date: 2009-10-13
Reserve : Altough I use the good service site many times during the trip, I disappointed this time. When I book this hotel and it wasn t available rooms, the site offers another hotel but wrote it in a small letters and it wasn t clear enought! We tought we books Siam@Siam hotel and only when we arrived to the reception we unfortunately found out the mistake. Because it was our Honey moon, we chose to pay more money and stayed in an upgrade room, which ofcourse was a wonderful room. Comment : michael domajnko : Siam@Siam was an amazing hotel with a fantastic swimming pool however it did get quite overcrowded with guests. The rooms were fantastic and the staff were very polite and helpful. I would avoid the transport help desk in the ground floor lobby as they only want to rip you off. We asked them to take us somewhere to get a suit and a massage and the places he took us to were overpriced, I later learned that they earn 35% commission on any place they take you too. Reserve : no troubles at all Comment : Mrs Alexandra Walker : Don t really want to tell everyone how great we found this hotel in case in the future we can t get back in there! However, I won t be selfish........In our opinion (husband and two children - ages 2 and 4)- this hotel was fantastic - we had a biz room and it was great for our family - size-wise. The staff here are so friendly and were brilliant with the children and really helpful when booking cabs, suggesting places to visit etc. Great loction, near to shops and yet accessible to other parts of Bangkok via Skytrain and river. Food good and service saecond to none. Can t say enough about this boutique hotel. Date: 2008-12-30
