Comment : Vera Volkova : I can t recommend this hotel. The main problem is very, very noisy. Thanks to the wooden windows with large gaps at night you can hear music and feel the atmosphere of the bar on other side of the road, but you can not sleep. At four o clock in the morning the music became a little quieter. I booked this hotel for three nights. The first night was less noisy, possibly due to heavy rain. On the second night was terrible. Then we ran out of the hotel, despite the loss of money for the third night. Our next hotel for the same money value was much quieter, and instead of a bar and a road-view had a quiet view on the garden, and was twice closer to the sea. In the air conditioner was broken piece, directing the air flow. In the morning we woke up from the crack and the child s bed fell off pieces of ice from the air conditioner. I ve never seen such a thing before. My bed has broken bottom bracket, from which protruded small nails. This was a memorable piece, when I stepped on one of them. In our room was a bathtube, but it was so dirty, that we couldn t use it. Date: 2012-07-10

Comment : ricky m thorn : Needed to move to this location after 1st night near by was not to good. On arrival staff ,were great ,help with bag transfer ,staff all friendly and helpful during our stay. Rooms we moved to were terrific with great views.Nice pool and beach also Would stay there again says the family. Date: 2010-01-24

Comment : Peter Makowe : We arrived on November 15, 2009 we was very surprised what we see , the Pool Restaurant and other we see in web side belongs not to Samui Beach Apartments it belongs to Seascape Beach Resort. When we wont go to room we must go first go through a shop than upstairs than to our booked room. (not good place) as we see that we wont not stay there, and we could not change room to better location. We did not stay there than it was to bad place for us but we must pay 40% from all 2 rooms for 3 nights. We changed to Seascape Beach Resort that was very good place to stay. Comment : gionata giuseppe asta : Very big and confortable rooms. Every morning the staff clean and hygienize them and change blankets and towels. Besides there s always free fresh natural water on the fridge. The reception s staff is really friendly as well as the beach s staff and restaurant s staff. The food is quite good and cheap! The resort is situated in Chaweng south, where the beach is the most beautiful of the island. It takes just 5 minutes by taxi to arrive at the center of Chaweng. Anyway, just at the other side of the street there are pharmacy, bank with exchange money, supermarket, a lot of shops of souvenirs and clothes, so everything you need is just there. Date: 2009-08-19

Comment : Johnny Bruun : We were very dissapointed. On the internet we saw pictures but from another hotel (Seascape). It was pictures from their pool, reception and bungalows. We paid 3000 swedish kroner in advandsed. We got a room out towards the main street and it was smelling. We stayed only one night and we didn´t get any money back. We even talked to three other famylies who maked the same mistake. We were cheated. Date: 2009-03-13

Comment : Paul Fontaine : Spent 3 weeks here over Xmas and the New Year 2008/9. Great location although can be a little noisy at night.Staff were very friendly and rooms cleaned daily as one would expect. The toilet drain did smell every now and then. Big rooms and you get access to the Seascape facilities on the same site i.e pool restaurant and the beach is next to the pool. Good value hotel on price and location. Date: 2009-01-07

Comment : KONG KIM HOCK : Stayed 14 - 18Dec, good location at south/centre Chaweng beach, big comfortable room with hot water flask, microwave oven & kitchenette, but translucent toilet/bath glass walls. 7-11, pharmacy just next door. Ideal for family with kids. Helpful staff. 1 min walk from beach thru Seascape Resort. 20B tuk-tuk to central chaweng. Be prepared for pounding disco music from bar across the road till 3am. But overall value for money. Note: Samui/Chaweng was really dead - the crowds were just not there - at this time. Date: 2008-12-18

Comment : Raechel Sanchez : The hotel room was quite spacious, very clean and 2 steps away from the beach! It was facing the main street, however, so it was very noisy all day and night from the traffic, stores, and restaurants. the washroom was clean as well, but the water temperature of the shower didn t stay consistent. the accomodation was sufficient for the price, but I m sure you could find just as good, if not better hotels in the area for a cheaper price. Comment : Calvin Du Plessis : Good location, situated in Southern part of Chaweng Beach. Less noise from bars but still next to the road. Average facilities. Rooms are spacious with AC, hot water,and small kitchen service. You could use a very small pool from Seascape Beach Resort (the same owner). Good value for money. Date: 2008-08-07

Comment : Wongduan Soda : Our family of two adults and three children booked the two bedroom apartment for 10 nights. It was spacious with a good sized lounge / kitchen and two good sized bedrooms. The kitchen facilities were limited and only cooking appliance was a microwave. Oddly, the bathroom was also placed in this main area and comprised of just frosted glass walls with no curtains or blinds. OK if you don t mind watching a silhouette of your partner taking a shit!! My Thai wife wasn t happy though and insisted we all go to into the bedrooms while she did her lady stuff. Some noise from the street as, although these apartments are in the same place as The Seascape Resort, they are at the road end of the resort. Didn t really bother me though. The pool at the Seascape - which you are welcome to use, is so small I would call it more of a plunge pool. We used the pool two doors away at the Samui Resotel. We just bought some food there everyday and they were happy for us to use their pool and sunbeds. Overall I was happy with the apartment due to the space which I simply would not get with two hotel rooms. Date: 2008-03-31

Comment : Bernard Delaney : This was my second time staying at these apartments, and once again everything was great, staff friendly, rooms clean,etc etc. we stayed in the family apartment which is very large. my only complaint would be that the bedrooms at the front are a little noisy during the day from the sounds from the street..... but it wasn t a major problem. Comment : Karan : the hotel room wasnt too bad itself but its right next to the street and is over priced for what it is. you can get a bunglow closer to the beach and away from the noise for cheaper and quality of the room is better. the owner is very un-cooperative. i def wont go there again. full credit to the staff, they were nice. Comment : Hong : The rooms were clean and larage, overall, good value for this part of the Samui Island. However, we tried to burrow a hair dryer and the hotel staff send us on a wild goose chase. I guess most Thais proably don t use hair dryer. Date: 2007-02-03
